Return Policy

All returns must be made within 60 days of the product delivery date. All returned products must be unused (e.g., unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received by contacting customer service (send an email to Support@ElizabethRamirez.shop).
How do I return an item?
Step 1: Send a return request to Support@DaisyClark.shop with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return.
Step 2: Our customer service will respond to you within 24 hours (with a return label).
Step 3: Pack and ship the item you wish to return to our local warehouse in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, and Germany.
Step 4: Once our warehouse receives the package, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Please note that any returned item must be in resaleable condition. No refund will be given for items received damaged.
