Refund Policy

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. We will process your refund within 1-3 business days and automatically refund your credit card or original payment method.

Returns

Our refund policy is in effect for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

In order to complete a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Only partial refunds will be allowed in the following cases:

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged through no fault of ours, or is missing parts.

* Any item returned more than 60 days after shipment

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the amount of the return. Once we receive the return, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will look into your return.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchange item to reach you.
